Booking and Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at our booking page or call us at (626) 304-0007. We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead for color services, longer for bridal trials.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when stylists have availability. Call ahead to check. Walk-ins work best for blowouts, men's cuts, and quick services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice on any cancellation or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

Do you offer consultations?
Every color service starts with a complimentary consultation. We talk through your hair history, lifestyle, and goals before we touch your hair. Bring photos.
What services do you offer?
Full Aveda concept salon: cuts, balayage, full color, color correction, gloss, gray coverage, Brazilian Blowout, keratin, hair extensions, bridal hair, dermaplane facials, waxing, and spray tanning. See our full service menu.
What products do you use?
Aveda is our primary line. We also carry Olaplex, K18, Brazilian Blowout, GK Hair, Keratin Complex, Kérastase, Redken, IGK, Sunlights, Zenagen, ECRU New York, and Biondo Miele.
Color Services
How long does a balayage take?
Plan for 3 to 4 hours including processing and blow-dry. Full color corrections can take 6 to 8 hours and may need multiple visits.
Will Aveda color cover gray?
Yes. Aveda permanent color delivers 100% gray coverage when applied correctly. Our colorists specialize in gray blending too if you want a softer transition.
Is Aveda color safe for damaged hair?
Aveda color is up to 96% naturally derived and conditions while it colors. We add bond builders like K18 or Olaplex for hair that needs extra support.

52 Hugus Alley, Pasadena, CA 91103. We're in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, walking distance from One Colorado.
Do you have parking?
Yes. The Schoolhouse parking structure on Hugus Alley is closest. Street parking and the Marriott garage on Cordova are also options.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tips can be added to card or paid in cash.

Owner Hasblady Guzman (30+ years, since 1995) plus a team of Aveda-trained stylists including Aly, Andrew, Analicia, Arghi, Sal, Sophie, and Victoria. Meet them on our team page.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Absolutely. When booking online, pick the stylist directly. New clients can also request a stylist match by phone.
