Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the service in all circumstances, including illness.
Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a “no show” and the cancellation fee will apply.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will happily return any items purchased in store within two weeks of purchase date and proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to return or exchange any purchases made in outside stores or online.
