Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellation and rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the service in all circumstances, including illness. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a “no show” and the cancellation fee will apply. Return/Exchange Policy: We will happily return any items purchased in store within two weeks of purchase date and proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to return or exchange any purchases made in outside stores or online.
In order to hold your appointment, you will need to provide your credit card information at booking. The credit card will not be charged unless the cancellation/rescheduling policy applies. 
Gift Card Policy: Bokaos is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Bokaos gift cards are non transferable. Privacy Policy:  We do not share client information with 3rd party companies.
